Do I need a subscription?+

Yes. AI Video Enhancer requires an authenticated account with an active subscription and enough credits for the complete render. Subscribers can also use top-up credits toward a video job.

What happens if the render fails?+

Credits are reserved atomically before the provider starts. If submission or processing fails, the reservation is returned automatically and only once, even if the provider retries its webhook.

Are uploaded and enhanced videos private?+

The raw provider URL stays server-side and the result is streamed only through an authenticated, owner-scoped AIEnhance.io endpoint. Input uploads expire after one day and finished results expire after seven days.
