What is a credit?
A credit is the unit we use to price each AI action. Different actions cost different amounts (4 credits for an enhance, 10 for Nano Banana, 20 for GPT Image 2). See the table above for the full breakdown.
Do credits expire?
One-time top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits do not roll over β each billing period gives you a fresh allocation, and any unused subscription credits expire at the end of that period. If you cancel, you keep your remaining subscription credits until your paid period ends, then they expire.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Open your account menu, click "Cancel subscription", and your plan stops renewing at the end of the current period. You keep your remaining subscription credits until that period ends, after which unused subscription credits expire. Top-up credits are never affected.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay β all processed via Monobank. Your billing currency depends on your card; most cards are charged in USD with automatic conversion if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals β see our Terms of Service for full details.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can buy a one-time $5 top-up for 100 extra credits, or upgrade to a higher plan. Your account stays active either way β you only lose the ability to generate until you top up.
